Your team members can’t see what you ask, and no one gets access to your docs unless you share them.
Butter.ai staff will not view your data.

Each member of your Slack team must authenticate their unique cloud accounts to their personal Butter.ai account.
Sharing permissions are preserved and never changed without permission.
Data is never shared with anyone with your team without explicit permission from the owner of the data.
We collect a variety of information when you use Butter, including personal information you provide, information learned from conversations, information obtained automatically from the services you may use with Butter, and from cookies and other common tracking technologies we use to improve our service. When you interact with the Butter personal assistant, we call it a “conversation.” This includes all your requests and Butter's responses.
We use your personal information to set-up and manage your account, and to communicate with you. We use other information we obtain from you and the third-party services you connect with Butter in order to operate the Butter personal assistant, to monitor and improve the performance of our Service and work with you to resolve any technical or other issues you may encounter using our service.
